Senior Java Developer

About the role

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

What you'll do

• Work as Tech Lead and senior developer and support multiple banking applications together with global teams in other locations
• Translates functional requirement or specifications into technical solutions and implement the solutions with plans and executions
• Responsible for people management, covers hiring, coaching, team building, performance evaluation etc
• Responsible for continuous improvement, by implementing best practices to software architecture, software development process and new technologies etc
• Communicates with business and other project teams to deliver the project per agreed schedule

What you need

• 6–10 years in software engineering
• Java
• Any graduate
