About the role

This role manages is a part of the KPMG UK Group Finance Systems CoE Team and focusses on managing Deltek Maconomy finance operations and application support for Swiss Firm. The focus is on resolving system issues, 3rd level supporting for e.g. project accounting, revenue recognition, managing incidents and delivery change requests E2E by implementing the changes yourself or coordinate with the ERP provider

What you'll do

  • Deltek Maconomy Management Specialist (KGS)
  • Manage Deltek Maconomy order to cash and purchase to pay processes, including GL
  • Investigate and support resolving posting errors, project billing exceptions and data issues
  • Manage Maconomy incidents and change requests with Deltek and delivery partners, tracking priorities and timely resolution
  • Define Maconomy enhancement requirements, review functional specifications, implement and test the changes and coordinate user acceptance testing
