Senior Lead Java React Full Stack Engineer

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, mentoring engineering teams, collaborating with Product Owners and Architects, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of business-critical initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based microservices and backend applications using Spring Boot and related technologies
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring, and the adoption of software engineering best practices
• Design and implement REST APIs, event-driven solutions, and system integrations using technologies such as Kafka, relational databases, SQL, and Hibernate
