Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

As a Sr. ML Engineer on the Subs Intelligence team, you will work closely with Subscriptions Data Scientists to build the pipelines and feature stores that take journey-prediction and intervention-matching models — churn risk, conversion propensity, and offer/response models — into production, and ensure their ongoing upkeep.

What you'll do

• Also build the workflow and pipeline for subscriber lifecycle forecast
• Design and implement sophisticated monitoring systems that track both technical health and model quality metrics (prediction accuracy, drift, intervention lift)

What you need

• 6–10 years in data science & ai
• Machine learning
• Any graduate
