Senior Manager - Compliance

About the role

This is a hands-on role covering export controls, chemical registrations, and import/export licensing for scrap, metals, and chemicals — working with customs, DGFT, and international regulatory bodies.

What you'll do

• Secure and manage SCOMET licences and classifications for controlled / dual-use items
• Own EU REACH (and UK REACH) registrations, Only Representative arrangements, and SVHC compliance for chemical exports
• Handle import / export licences for scrap (metal / plastic / e-waste), critical metals, and specialty chemicals — including hazardous and restricted categories
• Manage DGFT filings: IEC, advance authorisations, EPCG, and product-specific licences
• Ensure compliance with destination-country regimes (e.g., TSCA in the US, K-REACH, China regulations, Basel Convention for scrap movement)
