What you'll do

• Define the team’s short-term and long-term strategy, working with Product Management
• Define the team's roadmap, success metrics, and priorities in close collaboration with product management and lead engineers
• Maintain a balance between building sustainable, high-impact projects and shipping things quickly
• Hire and create career paths within your team for engineers
• Provide guidance on topics like feature flags, CI pipelines and technical debt. And drive measurable improvements in technical debt

What you need

• 3–6 years in software engineering
• IAM
• Machine learning
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
