Senior Manager FP&A

About the role

The position is responsible for the delivery of FP&A support to the Finance Director and Corporate Management. This person act as Finance Business Partner and will coordinate and organize multiple initiatives being run at Enterprise Level, Cost Optimization Initiatives & related reporting structure.

What you'll do

• Provide proactive leadership for all operating forecast updates throughout the year as well as the annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range plan (LRP)
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve department productivity in alignment with the strategic imperatives within the team
• Lead and ensure the preparation of the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, working closely with process leads. Participate and lead monthly reviews of results
• Perform adhoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision…
• Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in global FP&A process
