About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google. This role offers significant ownership of campaign budgets, performance targets, and business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end campaign performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Manage campaigns across Meta formats, including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), Sales, Awareness, and Catalog campaigns
  • Execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max (PMax), YouTube, and Display
  • Manage assigned advertising budgets and work towards defined Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure efficient budget utilization
