Senior Program Manager

About the role

Align program execution with customer specific processes, quality expectations, and engagement frameworks.

What you'll do

• Maintain transparency through structured communication—dashboards, reports, stakeholder updates, and escalation management
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement
• Define, track, and report on key KPIs to support informed, data driven decisions
• Support change management activities including scope modifications, resource planning, and timeline adjustments
• Conduct program evaluations, capture lessons learned, and implement corrective and preventive actions
