Senior Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Learning Management System (LMS) migration. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a professional with deep expertise in managing complex programs, exceptional decision-making skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a successful outcome.

What you'll do

• Lead the full lifecycle of a large-scale LMS migration project, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and post-launch stabilization
• Make informed decisions independently and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Identify potential risks and challenges in advance, developing mitigation plans to ensure project success
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, and external vendors
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, communication strategies, and training plans to support a smooth rollout
