Senior Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with 6–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or consulting. The role involves leading digital transformation initiatives in the development sector, working closely with NGO leadership, operational teams, technology vendors, and other stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven programs.

What you'll do

• Engage with NGO leaders to identify and establish core program priorities and objectives
• Build strong relationships with NGO leadership and secure their active participation and support throughout program delivery
• Align key stakeholders on program goals, expectations, and critical success factors at the beginning of each initiative
• Define, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and program outcomes
• Ensure leadership involvement in driving program progress and achieving intended results
