About the role
A highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer is needed to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, high-performance software solutions across our enterprise platforms. This role demands deep expertise in Python programming, system architecture, and integration within complex business environments.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Python applications for financial data processing, modelling, and reporting
- Design scalable microservices and APIs for integration with trading platforms, market data providers, and internal systems
- Collaborate with finance and risk teams to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy and timeliness
- Optimize performance of real-time and batch data pipelines handling large datasets
- Ensure systems meet regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, SOX)
