Senior React Native Developer

About the role

We are hiring a Senior React Native Developer to lead mobile delivery for ISHIR's client products. You will design, build and own cross-platform apps used by real customers in industries such as healthcare, fintech, retail and logistics, from first architecture sketch to App Store and Google Play release.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and own React Native applications and native modules for iOS and Android, driving architectural decisions across client mobile codebases
• Build intuitive, accessible and high-performing user interfaces that turn client product goals into experiences users enjoy
• Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers on React Native best practices, native bridging, state management and performance optimization
• Own release management end to end: CI/CD pipelines, app store submissions, OTA updates, monitoring and rollback strategy
• Use AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up coding, debugging and integration work
