About the role

SAP will serve as the foundation for Databricks' core finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash. As an SAP Developer, you'll be hands-on-keyboard building the layer that makes those processes intelligent: side-by-side extensions on BTP, event-driven integrations into the Lakehouse, and AI-assisted workflows that automate routine work and guide users through exceptions and approvals.

What you'll do

• Build Clean-Core Extensions: Develop in-app and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP that keep the S/4HANA digital core clean and upgrade-ready
• Apply RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop controls to automate processes safely while maintaining governance and auditability
• Collaborate: Work closely with the technical lead, functional experts, and product owners to turn requirements and designs into working software
