Senior Software Engineer - Data Platform

About the role

As a senior engineer, you will work across the full stack of our systems: foundational processing and storage, scalable pipelines, and the frameworks and internal tools that make data easy to use.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate foundational data services, including storage (cloud warehouse, data lake), orchestration (Airflow), batch processing (Spark, SQL)
• Build and maintain data integration and processing SDKs used by internal services and product teams
• Design self-service tools so users can manage and troubleshoot their own data pipelines
• Build services for data security, observability, quality, cataloging, and lineage
• Working knowledge of SQL and Airflow for operational data analysis
