• Partner closely with Product Management, User Experience Design, User Research
• Uphold high engineering standards through architecture and design reviews, code reviews, operational reliability, security, and data privacy best practices
• Mentor and coach software engineers on the team, fostering technical growth, ownership, and engineering excellence
