About the role

You will manage and scale our product and developer documentation platforms and support internal customers such as the Information Development technical writers and other Builder Experience teams who contribute to Okta’s product content. You will also implement frontend changes to improve the user experience, appearance, and functionality on the help.okta.com and developer.okta.com sites.

What you'll do

  • Building, maintaining, and improving the documentation site’s infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
