Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

This role is for a Senior Engineer - Building Structures within the Building Structures Practice of the Global Technology Center, primarily supporting projects in Canada and other global regions. The Senior Engineer is responsible for leading structural engineering workstreams and delivering complex structural design packages for building projects across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.

What you'll do

• Independently develop and analyze structural models, including complex structural systems and loading scenarios
• Design complete structural systems and major building components in accordance with applicable requirements
• Lead major structural workstreams, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and efficient execution
• Perform and coordinate analysis, calculations, technical assessments, and engineering studies
• Evaluate and optimize solutions considering constructability, cost, performance, sustainability, and project objectives

• Structural design
• Revit
• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• Construction
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
