Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Senior System Engineer to support and maintain the technology environment across infrastructure, networking, end-user computing, cloud, security, and IT service management. This role works closely with the IT Operations Lead to ensure stable, secure, and reliable day-to-day IT operations, while contributing to automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• IT Operations & Service Support
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for servers, networks, applications, cloud services, and end-user technology
• Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations through the IT ticketing platform in line with SLA targets
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and support post-incident reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles

What you need

• 5–8 years in software engineering
• Office 365
• Azure
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Intune
• Git
• B.Tech or B.E.
