About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Load Testing to join our team. This role involves evaluating technical candidates for senior-level load testing positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.

What you'll do

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for load testing positions, focusing on evaluating candidates skills in performance and load testing
• Develop and continuously update assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest trends and best practices in load testing
• Collaborate closely with HR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, helping to inform hiring decisions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in load testing technologies and tools, ensuring assessments remain current and relevant

What you need

• 7–13 years in quality assurance & testing
• Performance testing
• Agile
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech or MCA or M.Sc
