What you'll do

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level Spring and Java development positions
• Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Spring and Java development trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Spring and Java technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant
