Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The AI Platform Engineering team is responsible for enabling the enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence by building, operating, and evolving shared AI platforms, services, governance capabilities, and operational practices. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the evolution of Mastercard's AI platform ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from initiation through deployment and operational readiness
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans that account for dependencies, risks, resource requirements, milestones, and evolving business priorities
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, governance, operations, and business stakeholders
• Establish clear program objectives, success metrics, execution strategies, and delivery mechanisms
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and organizational blockers
