About the role

The Sr Administrator for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN (Cisco), and SDWAN solutions. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective incident resolution and implementing robust security measures.

What you'll do

• Manage and support network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center environments
• Monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents to restore services within defined SLAs
• Handle escalated issues from L1 and perform in-depth troubleshooting before escalating to L3 when required
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve network issues efficiently
• Perform day-to-day network administration, including configuration changes, validation, and documentation in line with change management processes
