About the role

HR Operations professional responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding, employee documentation, orientation programs, employee query resolution, and e-request management. Ensures a seamless employee experience, maintains accurate records in Oracle Fusion, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and service levels.
