Siebel Support _ Tier 2 CTR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Support Engineer to provide reliable production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Oracle Siebel CRM applications. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex application issues, manage incidents, and ensure critical business operations run smoothly across multiple functional domains.

What you'll do

• Production Support and Incident Management: Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Siebel CRM/POS applications
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Investigate complex application and operational issues, identify underlying causes, implement corrective actions
• Siebel Application Maintenance: Monitor application health, workflows, business services, integrations, and batch processes to ensure platform availability, reliability
• Database and Data Investigation: Perform SQL-based investigations, analyze data inconsistencies
• Release and Deployment Support: Participate in application releases, deployments, testing, and production validation to ensure successful implementation of changes
