About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the availability, performance, and resilience of production systems in a fast-paced technology environment. You will design and automate cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized applications to enable secure, seamless software delivery.

What you'll do

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Build, operate, and optimize AWS environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, security compliance, and cost efficiency
Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Production Deployment Management: Coordinate and execute production deployments, implement secure release practices, and minimize service disruption and downtime
Monitoring and Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch
Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis: Investigate production incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analyses
