SiteOps Engineer

About the role

As a SiteOps Engineer , you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across TD SYNNEX digital platforms. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage incidents , ensuring correct triage, prioritization, investigation and resolution within SLAs
• Ensure P1–P4 incidents are tracked, managed, and resolved within agreed SLAs
• Identify recurring issues and platform trends to reduce incident volume and improve reliability
• Act as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvements
• Maintain high-quality incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene
