Soft Service Executive

About the role

To ensure the effective delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and front office operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service across the facility.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of premises
• Coordinate with vendors for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Liaise with catering vendors for quality and timely service
• Pest Control & Waste Management: Schedule and oversee pest control activities
• Ensure proper segregation, disposal, and documentation of waste

What you need

• 2–4 years in hotels, food & travel
• Communication

• Any graduate
