Soft Service Manager

About the role

The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste management, landscaping, transportation, Dormitory, Permits, Food and Canteen Services and vendor performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services
• Manage Transportation for employees, visitors as required
• Oversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities
• Manage Dormitory for employees as required
• Manage Environmental Health Service such as Mosquito management

What you need

• 12–15 years in hotels, food & travel
• Hospitality
• Facility management
• Housekeeping
• Communication
• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA
