Software Developer in Test

About the role

We are looking for a quality-first Software Developer in Test (SDET) who brings a strong QA Analyst mindset to software delivery. This role goes beyond writing automated tests. • Collaborate early with Product, Development, and Data teams during discovery and refinement
• Review and challenge requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure they are testable, complete, and reflect real customer journeys
• Identify risks, edge cases, and coverage gaps before they become production issues
• Lead exploratory testing and business-flow simulations in complex or ambiguous areas
• Translate business requirements into meaningful test strategies and risk assessments
