Software Development Engineer - III (Integrations)

About the role

As Botsync scales syncOS across a growing base of deployments, this role leads the backend engineering behind syncOS's integration platform — owning architecture, driving delivery, and growing the team building the software that connects syncOS to automation equipment worldwide.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and scalability of syncOS's integration platform, including the core services, APIs
• Design and guide the implementation of integration modules and services in Python and C++, using industrial and web protocols (REST APIs, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT
• Drive the technical roadmap for sync templates and integration frameworks that let the team and customers deploy new machine-to-machine and machine-to-software…
• Set and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, and system reliability across the integrations codebase
• Expand syncOS integration coverage into new vendor categories, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and sensor OEMs
