Software Development Engineer

About the role

As a data Analyst within the IQVIA IVP Product Team, you will play a key role in developing business analytics dashboards & reporting for our pharmacovigilance and safety products. You will assist in understanding business requirements, documenting system workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and user-focused solutions for global life sciences clients.

What you'll do

• Work closely with Product Managers and Delivery Teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Participate in requirement discussions, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions for IVP products
• Translate business needs into clear and concise documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Use Cases
• Assist in validating business workflows, performing data checks, and supporting testing activities to ensure alignment with user expectations
• Contributes to creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence and tracking tasks in Jira
