Software Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the VeriLoan product engineering team working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for VeriLoan, ensuring predictable releases, high quality, and production stability
• Define and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and architectural principles to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Drive effective Agile ways of working including sprint planning, execution, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement through retrospectives
• Define, monitor, and improve key engineering KPIs such as cycle time, lead time, defect trends, rework, deployment success rate, and technical debt
