About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Analyst / SME to provide production support, maintenance, monitoring, and operational support for Cardiology applications. The role will support a portfolio of cardiac service applications including Lumedx, CCW, Syngo, Muse, Paceart, and Epic-adjacent solutions , ensuring system availability, timely incident resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

What you'll do

  • Provide Level 2 production support for Cardiology applications
  • Monitor interface logs, error logs, and daily system health checks to ensure application availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, and server-related issues
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with SLAs
  • Perform routine server maintenance, updates, patches, and application upgrades

What you need

  • 1–3 years in software engineering
  • Any graduate
