Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer (Java+React)

About the role

We work in an environment where Developers are more exposed to IT and systems in production and the IT professionals are more exposed to the software development process. By focusing on this level of exposure it allows us to build a team more equipped to deal with incidents and requests. It also allows developers and IT professionals to provide more efficient services.

What you'll do

• Be at the forefront of building, optimizing, and maintaining our web applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience
• Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Participate actively in the complete product development lifecycle

What you need
