Software Engineer - Jira Workflow & Automation Engineering

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the Technical Lead to develop and support engineering workflow solutions built on the Atlassian platform. You will chip in to JIRA workflow automation, dashboard development, data analytics, and engineering process improvements that enable efficient execution across semiconductor development teams.

What you'll do

• JIRA Configuration & Automation
• Support the implementation of JIRA workflows, issue types, screens, automation rules, and project configurations
• Assist in maintaining engineering processes, defect tracking, and workflow standardization under the guidance of the Technical Lead
• Develop scripts, utilities, and automation using Python and SQL to extract, validate, and process engineering data from Atlassian databases and REST APIs
• Chip in to custom integrations with engineering tools and reporting systems

What you need

• 2–5 years in software engineering
