Software Engineer, Staff - Java

In this role, you’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with engineers, product leaders, and user experience professionals to deliver reliable, scalable applications that help our customers move faster with confidence and create greater impact.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and easy to support
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance, user experience, and development processes
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Partner with engineers and user experience teams to translate design concepts into accessible, standards-compliant web experiences
• Contribute to technical design discussions and help shape effective, long-term architectural decisions
