About the role

We are looking to hire a superstar Software Engineer Technical Lead responsible for guiding a software development team through technical execution, including defining architecture, selecting technologies, and delivering high-quality, scalable multi-tier SaaS/on-premise solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership in solving complex technical challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and high performing
• Troubleshoot complex production and database performance issues
• Lead technical design efforts to ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and high‑performing
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, Security, Operations, and customer‑facing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and customer needs
• Contribute to organization‑wide engineering standards, architectural governance, and shared frameworks

What you need

• 7–13 years in software engineering
• .NET
• REST APIs

• SQL Server
• Oracle Database

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
