Software Engineering Team Lead – C++ / ADAS Resimulation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to lead a team developing C++-based resimulation solutions, applications and automation for large-scale ADAS analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software development, team leadership and delivery ownership.

What you'll do

• Actively design, develop, debug, test and optimize production-quality C++ software for ADAS resimulation and analysis
• Lead and technically guide a team of software engineers while continuing to contribute directly to development
• Own technical execution and delivery of resimulation features, applications and releases
• Drive software design, code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis and performance optimization
• Develop scalable Linux-based applications and automation for HPC and/or cloud environments
