Sourcing Specialist — Scrap

About the role

No recycling business works without reliable feedstock. The ability to source, evaluate, and secure consistent volumes of battery scrap from the right channels, at the right price, with the right chemistry — is the foundation everything else is built on. • Build and manage a network of collection partners, aggregators, and direct sources across India
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and quality specifications with suppliers
• Work with the Lead Scientist to characterise incoming feedstock and ensure compatibility with process requirements
• Track market dynamics — scrap availability, pricing trends, seasonal patterns, and regulatory shifts
