About the role

The SPC Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining Statistical Process Control systems across IC Assembly and Test operations in a Greenfield OSAT facility. Establish process capability, stability, and predictability Prevent defects through early detection of process shifts

What you'll do

SPC System Deployment (Greenfield Focus)
Lead end‑to‑end SPC framework deployment for IC Assembly and Test processes
Define critical process parameters, CTQs, and control characteristics
Establish sampling plans, subgrouping strategies, and reaction plans
Process Capability & Stability

What you need

3–7 years in electrical & electronics
SPC
FMEA
Root cause analysis
Six Sigma
IATF 16949
ISO 9001
Any graduate
