About the role
The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs.
What you'll do
- Regular observation and analysis
- Intervention and assessment (as per the severity level)
- Home visits and Follow-up services (as per the severity level)
- Timely record keeping & documentation on dashboard
- Capacity building and refresher training of teachers of inclusivity model
