About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Test Specialist to own the testing of assigned product areas end-to-end and to bring an AI-first way of working into every part of the QA lifecycle. This is an individual contributor role.

What you'll do

  • Product Area Ownership & Sprint Testing
  • Own end-to-end testing of assigned product areas across the sprint lifecycle — from grooming to sign-off
  • Design and execute test cases (with AI assistance wherever it accelerates the work), maintain them in QMetry, and drive defects through to closure in Jira
  • Ensure adequate coverage of functional, integration, and regression scenarios within sprint timelines
  • Maintain low defect slippage to UAT and production for the areas you own — quality of your area is your accountability, not the team's
