About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Lead to drive the responsible, secure, and compliant adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. The role will be responsible for establishing governance frameworks, managing AI-related risks, and ensuring AI initiatives align with regulatory, ethical, and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Define, implement, and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Establish controls and monitoring mechanisms for AI solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Lead AI risk assessments, model governance, and oversight of AI/ML systems
• Partner with business, legal, risk, security, data, and technology teams to support AI governance initiatives
• Drive awareness and adoption of AI governance best practices across the organization
