Drive Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organization. Ensure Best in Class "consistent and sustainable" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills

What you'll do

• Drive Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organization
• Ensure Best in Class "consistent and sustainable" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills
• Responsible to lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Supplier Quality Function for Category supplier base in India and Asia
• Perform and follow up VDA 6.3 audits with Suppliers, the assessment and introduction of potential new suppliers in close cooperation with BU Supplier Management
• Maintain the Global Category Supplier Panel for the region aligned with the Procurement Category Strategy

What you need

• 1–3 years in mechanical & production
• Lean manufacturing
• IATF 16949
• Six Sigma
• Root cause analysis
• SPC
• MS Office
• B.Tech or B.E.
