About the role

This position will report to the Billing Lead. The candidate will be required to interact with cross functional teams. The candidate is also expected to support team in the monthly and quarterly close. We seek a strong team player who is willing to go extra mile and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Sales orders & invoices
  • Address and solve client questions and issues through tickets
  • Understand and work on credit and rebill process
  • Work with cross functional teams to resolve queries
  • Following company guidelines, billing procedures to ensure compliance
