Escalate complex storage hardware, performance and configuration issues to L3/OEM teams.
What you'll do
- Monitor and support enterprise SAN and NAS environments
- Troubleshoot L2 storage incidents, alerts and service requests
- Perform storage provisioning, LUN allocation and expansion activities
- Support SAN zoning, host connectivity and multipathing issues
- Monitor storage utilization, capacity, availability and performance
What you need
- 3–6 years in data & business analytics
- VMware
- SOP writing
- Linux
- Any graduate
