About the role

Role Summary Seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management professional responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets, with specific focus on asset inventory, tracking, reconciliation, recovery, and disposal. The role will ensure asset records remain accurate and disposal activities are completed in line with organizational security, compliance, and audit requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment
• Track assets throughout their lifecycle, including receipt, allocation, movement, recovery, storage, and disposal
• Manage end-of-life and end-of-support assets and coordinate timely disposal
• Coordinate asset collection and recovery during employee offboarding, refresh, and replacement activities
• Perform regular physical inventory validation and asset reconciliation against ITAM/CMDB records

• 3–6 years in data & business analytics
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• Dashboarding
• ITIL
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
