Sr Analyst II Software (Tester)

About the role

The position emphasizes Agile delivery, Group insurance expertise , experience with Group Asia Group 400, and high-quality testing documentation. The Business Tester will prepare test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts that align with project requirements. The role involves hands-on testing across insurance platforms, participation in project meetings, stakeholder collaboration, and defect management throughout delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts from project specifications
• Execute functional, system, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across insurance applications
• Identify, record, track, and close defects using the designated defect-tracking tool throughout the full Software Testing Life Cycle process
• Review Functional Specifications and Style Guides to understand application modules, functionality, and requirements
• Maintain bug reports, delivery notes, and other testing documentation
