Sr Data Engineer

About the role

This role is critical in enabling scalable, compliant, and high-quality data pipelines across clinical, claims, and operational datasets. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare data ecosystems , strong technical expertise in Azure-based data platforms , and a proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and delivery Sources may include claims, EHR/EMR
• Develop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures that drive core data transformation logic across client-specific and standardized pipelines
• Implement complex transformation logic using T-SQL , including mapping, validation, aggregation, and data standardization
• Optimize performance of SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to ensure efficient large-scale data processing
• Develop and optimize data solutions within Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, SQL, Databricks)
